A state appeals court ruling on a case out of the University of North Florida could impact the rights of gun owners across the state.
Florida's 1st District Court of Appeal ruled this week that the University of North Florida cannot prohibit guns from being kept in cars parked on campus.
It’s a setback for the university, which had banned the storage of any weapon on college grounds.
