Florida environmental advocates say the Jacksonville Port Authority and its consultant have refused to release key information about a study that is often used to bolster efforts to dredge the St. Johns River.The Environmental Legal Institute of Florida filed suit against JAXPORT and Pennsylvania consulting firm Martin Associates in circuit court Wednesday asking that the data being used to justify the dredging of the St. Johns down to a depth of 47 feet be released.
