A McKinney, Texas, police officer is on suspension after he was seen on video forcefully taking down a 14-year-old girl and unholstering his weapon on several of her friends in the wake of an altercation at a suburban pool party last week. The incident is the latest flashpoint in an ongoing debate in this country over police tactics and race relations.
