The latest segment of Moveable Feast featured Bud St. Pierre of the King and Prince Resort on St. Simons Island (35:10) and we spoke with Jacksonville filmmaker and producer Warren Skeels of MTV’s reality series, “Siesta Key.” (43:28).
Irma Stress
Hurricane Irma is gone, but the damage lingers and not just to buildings and businesses. This unprecedented large, powerful natural disaster affecting the entire state of FL and beyond, and prompted the largest mass evacuation from the state. The psychological impacts of Irma will be felt for some time to come.

MTV’s newest reality series, “Siesta Key,” features a glamorous group of young adults coming of age against the backdrop of the beautiful Southwest Florida resort town. It’s billed as the successor to prior hits like The Hills or Laguna Beach. Skeels attended Douglas Anderson School of Arts. Siesta Key airs 10 p.m. Mondays
