Now that marijuana is legal in Florida for medical use, the next step for pro-pot activists is legalizing it for recreational use.

Sexual Abuse Among The Elderly
An elder sexual abuse case in Jacksonville is highlighting just how widespread the issue is here in Florida with our large senior population.
Recently a 94-year-old woman was sexually assaulted inside an assisted living facility in Jacksonville.
A study conducted by the National Institute of Justice finds that 83 percent of victims of elder sexual abuse reside in an institutional care facility.
Jacksonville attorney Tom Edwards of Edwards and Ragatz, P.A represents the woman. He joined us with a look her specific case and the larger overall issue.
Snow And The North Pole Comes to Art Walk
There will literally be 15 tons of snow at Hemming Park for Wednesday night’s downtown Art Walk. A section of the park will be transformed into a North Pole play area and free 3-D snowflake glasses will be given away while supplies last.
