April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month. In Northeast Florida, a number of events are planned to drive awareness and action around the issue. The Giving Closet Project
It started out as a small volunteer project conceived by a Jacksonville teacher. But her idea - The Giving Closet Project - really took off, and is now taking clothes, shoes and jackets that were never claimed in school lost-and-founds, and getting them to kids who need them the most. Jennifer Smith, Founder of the nonprofit, joined us for a closer look.
