A group of Duval County parents and grandparents are suing the City of Jacksonville for failing to put the School Board’s proposed half-cent sales tax on voters’ ballots this year.
Jacksonville attorney Tad Delegal is representing the parents and grandparents in this lawsuit, and joined us for a closer look, along with Laura Heffernan, one of the parents.
Hunger Action Month
