We took a closer look at the fractured state of Florida’s cannabis activist community - and its attempts to get a recreational marijuana initiative on next year’s ballot - as well as several other cannabis-related issues, with Georgio Valentino, the Editor of Folio Weekly; Shelton Hull, who covers the subject for Folio Weekly; and Sally Peebles, a partner at Vicente Sederberg and member of the state’s Medical Marijuana Advisory Committee.

Domestic Violence Awareness Month

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and cases are on the rise in our region. Gail Patin, CEO of Hubbard House, and Betty Griffin Center CEO Joyce Mahr joined us to discuss the issue in more detail.
