On Wednesday's First Coast Connect with Melissa Ross, we discussed Democratic presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg and why some Florida political leaders are supporting him.

According to a poll conducted by the University of North Florida’s Public Opinion Research Lab, Florida voters would vote for democratic candidate Mike Bloomberg over other choices to beat President Donald Trump.

Former Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn is the Florida Co-Chair of the Bloomberg campaign. He joined us to explain why he is supporting Bloomberg and responded to concerns about Bloomberg’s suitability as a candidate.
