JOHN LOCHER / ASSOCIATED PRESS
Donald Trump speaks during the final day of the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Thursday, July 21, 2016.

A recent RABA Research poll commissioned by Republican Voters Against Trump found that 49% of those surveyed disapproved of Jacksonville hosting President Trump’s nomination speech, while only 39% supported it.

Furthermore, 57% stated concerns that the convention could possibly impel a new COVID-19 outbreak, while 43% stated no concerns. We talked to AG Gancarski of Florida Politics to get his thoughts on the poll and the current plans for the convention.
