Socially Distanced Yoga
Yoga teacherAlexandra Ni is adapting her classes to meet social distancing requirements. Her classes include fewer participants and are taught outside. To support mental wellbeing, as well as physical health, her classes conclude with a ten-minute guided meditation to help restore a sense of calm. On her website, Ni says her holistic approach to wellness is highly individualized and teaches people, not postures.
