Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry has over two years left on his mayoral term, but contenders are already lining up to replace him.  

At-Large Group 4 City Councilman Matt Carlucci is one of them, and plans to campaign on restoring trust and transparency in local government. We spoke to him about this and more.
