Old Jacksonville
Via moderncities.com
A view from the intersection of North Laura and West Duval streets during the 1970s in downtown Jacksonville.

Jacksonville has changed in many ways over the last forty years.

Today, we go back in time and take a look at the streets of downtown during the early 1970s.

The photos have been provided by our moderncities.com partner.

In several of the street level photos, you’ll also find a Google Street view comparison of how the streets appear today.

Tip: You can use your mouse or finger to move around the Google Street view images.
