Jacksonville's annual GastroFest will have a new home this year.
Traditionally held at Hemming Park, this year's event will be held March 24, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Museum of Science and History.
The first GastroFest in 2015 drew more than 30,000 people, according to organizers.
This year's event at the MOSH will be held rain or shine with events both inside and outside of the museum.
"Being at GastroFest allows us to connect with our customers in a much more casual, non-restaurant setting. It helps keep us top of mind for their next restaurant experience,” said Chef Dennis Chan of Blue Bamboo in a news release
Gastrofest is put together by GastroJax. The organization's mission is to foster and preserve local cuisine. while educating the public about local food and beverage sources.
