Community Easter egg hunts may not be possible this year during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the kids might have some fun joining some big cats on a hunt of their own — virtually, of course.
Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary will be holding what it calls a Virtual Easter Egg Enrichment Tour on Facebook Live at 1 p.m. on Easter Sunday.

The wildlife sanctuary in North Jacksonville is encouraging kids to gather around the PC, tablet or smartphone with a few chocolate eggs of their own and watch the cats at the sanctuary bust open nearly 40 meat-filled paper mâché eggs.
Catty Shack is home to a variety of tigers, lions, cougars and other big cats along with coatimundis, foxes and horses.
The nonprofit’s mission is educating the public and rescuing exotic animals.
