The NFL’s Player’s Association and team executives agreed to eliminate all four preseason games due to unnecessary travel for exhibitions.
The Jaguars were slated to play two preseason games at TIAA Bank Field, with one on August 29 against Washington D.C.’s team and another on September 3 versus the Atlanta Falcons.
Under the latest scenario, the first time the Jaguars will play in Jacksonville will be their season opener against the Indianapolis Colts on September 13.

Announced on Wednesday is a mask mandate for anyone attending NFL games throughout the 2020 season, according to a league public relations spokesperson.
The Jaguars also announced two weeks ago that stadium capacity will be limited to 25% to maintain social distancing, making roughly 17,000 of its 68,000 seats available for fans.
