The Clay County Health Department has scheduled a three week Back-to-School Immunization Drive that will start Monday.
Kids going into preschool or starting kindergarten need to be up-to-date on all their shots including hepatitis-B, chickenpox, polio and, for pre-k, influenza type-B.
Incoming 7th graders will need a shot for tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (whooping cough).
The immunization drive will run from Monday, July 27 through Friday, August 14 at the fairgrounds on State Road 16 in Green Cove Springs.
The hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
No appointment is necessary.
