Developers of eTown in South Jacksonville are preparing to open up the west side of Florida 9B with almost 96 acres for office, commercial and multifamily projects.
The city is reviewing civil engineering plans for infrastructure for the first phase of what is called Westland, according to WJCT News partner the Jacksonville Daily Record.
The eTown housing, apartment and retail property is under development east of Florida 9B along E-Town Parkway.
