WJCT News partner the Jacksonville Daily Record reports the city is reviewing a permit application for an estimated $400,000 interior and exterior alteration of the 3,074-square-foot restaurant built in 2004.
Chipotle Mexican Grill of Colorado LLC is listed as the restaurant owner.
