TEDxJacksonville is returning to Downtown on Saturday, Oct. 23, at the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts.

Speakers and musical performers can now apply to perform at the annual event, as the organization gets ready to celebrate its 10th year. Submit applications here until June 30.

The last TEDxJacksonville conference was held at The Florida Theatre in 2019. The 2020 conference was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We can’t wait to return to Downtown Jacksonville at an exciting new venue in the Times-Union Center,” said Sabeen Perwaiz, the lead organizer and licensee for TEDxJacksonville. “We receive incredible applications every year — and we know the world is ready for the next big ideas.”

The TEDxJacksonville team will work with the Times-Union Center on making the event safe for attendees in accordance with CDC guidelines.

TEDxJacksonville and TEDxYouth@Jacksonville talks are produced locally and shared globally via the TEDxTalks YouTube channel, which has more than 30 million subscribers.

Apply to speak or perform at the conference.
