Another master-planned First Coast community has been announced amidst a red-hot housing market.

GreenPointe Developers, LLC announced plans Wednesday to develop 700 single-family homes on approximately 290 acres of land along Sandridge Road, at approximately the halfway point between Asbury Lake and Russell Road, which is also known as County Road 209.

The community, called Granary Park, will have one- and two-story single family homes ranging from 1,800 to more than 3,000 square feet that will be built on lots that range from 40 to 60 feet wide.

Prices are expected to start in the 200-thousands.

“Community residents will enjoy a variety of recreational amenities, homes offering innovative floor plans and the latest designs, and a convenient location near the new First Coast Expressway. We look forward to releasing more information soon on the community’s builders, home site availability and pricing,” said GreenPointe Developers Regional President Liam O’Reilly in an email sent to WJCT News.

Granary Park will include a clubhouse, oasis-style pool, fitness studio, play park and a dog park.

GreenPointe Holdings, headquartered in Jacksonville, is currently developing and managing 14 master-planned communities in 12 Florida counties, according to the company.
