The developer building the Publix-anchored East San Marco shopping center sold an adjacent 1.03-acre property Aug. 12 to homebuilder Toll Brothers for $2 million.
Toll Brothers announced plans in March for a 27-unit town house community on the property, according to WJCT News partner the Jacksonville Daily Record.
East San Marco LLC sold the site to Toll Southeast LP Company Inc., managed by Toll Brothers, according to a deed recorded with the Duval County Clerk of Court on Aug. 13.
