Berkman II is finally gone. What will take its place?
New renderings show plans for Jacksonville’s second tallest skyscraper at the former Berkman II site.
Park Beeler said his company, Jacksonville Riverfront Revitalization, plans to build Jacksonville’s second tallest skyscraper. The tower would be 40 stories and just under 550 feet tall. The Bank of America tower is 42 stores and over 600 feet tall.
