Known for its from-scratch, hearty Southern comfort food, Grumpy's Restaurant plans to open its fifth Northeast Florida restaurant in Neptune Beach.
Husband-and-wife franchise owners Michael and Tracy Yarbrough of Green Cove Springs hope to open the diner at 200 3rd St. in August.
"We chose to help continue Grumpy’s expansion because it is a staple within our community known for its great food and customer service,” Tracy Yarbrough said in a news release announcing the Neptune Beach restaurant.
