A new 278-unit luxury multifamily apartment community is on the rise near St. Johns Town Center.
The Aston at Town Center owned by Eastwind Development of Palm Beach Gardens will be a five-story building featuring 124 one-bedroom, 23 studio, 105 two-bedroom and 26 three-bedroom floorplans.
General contractor FaverGray of Jacksonville Beach is leading the construction of the apartment community on 4.6 acres at 10655 Brightman Blvd. between St. Johns Town Center and Interstate 295.
