SB 1024, sponsored by state Sen. Jennifer Bradley, is headed for passage in Tallahassee. The bill was drafted by Florida Power & Light Co. to reduce the economic benefits of rooftop solar panels. Critics say the bill would kill the expansion of rooftop solar in Florida.
