The Family First Prevention Services Actwas tucked away inside a spending bill signed by President Donald Trump in February of last year. The act is intended to reduce the number of Florida kids going into foster care. More money will go toward at-home parenting classes, mental health counseling and substance abuse treatment.

Bill Frye, President of the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches, joined us with more information on this new act and how it will impact Florida.

'Loopers: The Caddie’s Long Walk'

The new film, Loopers: The Caddie’s Long Walk, is screening in Jacksonville this month and Bill Murray is the narrator.

This feature-length documentary explores the personal bond that a golfer and a caddie develop through hours of time together. Jacksonville's own Ward Clayton is a producer of the film and also appears in it.

He joined us on the show to tell us about the film. You can watch a second  trailer here
