Hearing Loss Treatment
New cutting-edge technology is being developed to improve and restore hearing loss. A virtual luncheon and webinar discussing these developments will be held online on Wednesday, July 8. Dr. Douglas Green of Jacksonville Hearing and Balance Institute joined us with more information on the event.
Flood Factor
There is a new website called the Flood Factor that can track how much risk your home has of flooding. of St. Johns Riverkeeper Advocacy Director Shannon Blankinship shared more information about it.
ADAPT Virtual Event
Speaking of flooding, WJCT is planning a special event looking at the issue, as well as climate change and the coronavirus: "Is There a Connecetion? Climate Change & Coronavirus." It will take place on Tuesday, July 14, and be moderated by WJCT ADAPT Reporter Brendan Rivers, who joined us with a preview.
