Clay County residents will be able to put out their garbage for pickup Thursday morning.

Clay County’s Environmental Convenience Centers and Rosemary Hill Waste Management Facility will be open Thursday, September 5, for normal business hours from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., following a closure during Hurricane Dorian.

Curbside garbage, recycling and yard pick-up will run on a holiday schedule:

  • Wednesday routes will run Thursday
  • Thursday routes will run Friday
  • Friday routes will run Saturday

All routes will return to normal on Monday, September 9, according to Clay County spokeswoman Kimberly Morgan.

Clay County residents are asked to keep yard debris limited to a normal quantity at this time.
