The race for governor isn't the only statewide political contest during primary season. Florida Republicans and Democrats will also choose their favorite candidate to run for the state's top prosecutor, the Attorney General.

Florida Matters is doing a special two-part program this week to bring you conversations with many of the candidates running for two important state offices: Attorney General and Commissioner of Agriculture.
In the first half of this show on the race for Attorney General, we hear from the two Democratic candidates, State Rep. Sean Shaw of Tampa and Ryan Torrens, a lawyer who is also from Tampa.
In the second half we hear from one of the Republican candidates, Ashley Moody, who is a former federal prosecutor and Hillsborough County Circuit Judge.
Her opponent, Rep. Frank White of Pensacola, declined an invitation to be interviewed.
All candidates were interviewed by Tom Hudson with NPR member station WLRN in Miami and the editorial page editors of the Miami Herald, South Florida Sun Sentinel and Palm Beach Post.
