The Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and Christmas specials are going to air for free on broadcast TV after all – right here on WJCT Public Television.
PBS has announced that it has teamed up with Apple TV to share “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” and a “A Charlie Brown Christmas.”
There was originally some doubt the holiday classics would be available free on broadcast television after Apple acquired the rights and the Halloween special did not air on free, over-the-air TV this year.
PBS will broadcast "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" on WJCT-TV 7.1, Comcast 8 & 440, and on PBS Kids, which airs on WJCT-TV 7.3, this Sunday, Nov. 22 at 7:30 p.m.
