Maple Street Biscuit Co. co-owner Scott Moore is having a busy week.

The restaurant group opened its newest location in Fleming Island and signed a lease for a second B Street Eats, the company’s new latin-inspired lunch and dinner concept. The first B Street Eats was opened in St. Augustine earlier this year.

Moore is doubling down on the company’s commitment to Murray Hill by opening B Street Eats in a more than 3,000-square-foot combined space, where Knead and Bold Bean's roastery formerly resided on Edgewood Avenue.

Moore expects to open the second B Street location by the end of the first quarter. The third B Street location will, most likely, be coming to Jacksonville Beach, Moore said. Although specific areas have been identified for the restaurant, no lease has yet been signed.
