No Plans? No Problem! Things To Do This Weekend On The First Coast

Prost! There's beer, food, and Bill O'Reilly (?) on tap this weekend on the First Coast.

Friday, October 11 - Saturday, October 12 — The inaugural Jaxtoberfest kicks off tonight at the Jacksonville Shipyards. The family fall celebration will feature live music by The Swinging Bavarians and the Rhinelanders, a 5K Beer Runs, a keg tapping ceremony, costume contests, and more. Saturday, October 12 — The “Bolder & Fresher” tour comes to the Time-Union Center starring media personalities Bill O’Reilly and Dennis Miller. More info at Ticketmaster.com.

Saturday, October 12 —The River City Pride Parade steps off from Boone Park at 4 p.m. on it's way to 5 Points in Riverside to be followed by a block party on Lomax St. More info at RiverCityPride.com.

Saturday, October 12 — Ferry Fest II, to support the St. Johns River ferry in Mayport, is noon - 8 p.m. at Mayport Village. The event will feature local bands, dance performances, and food trucks. More info at KeepTheFerry.org.

And of course, on Sunday the winless Jacksonville Jaguars will take on the undefeated Denver Broncos in Colorado. The game will air on WTEV 6 at 4 p.m.
