The University of North Florida’s Public Opinion Research Lab (PORL) has released new polls on presidential election and local hot button issues, including the proposal for a half-cent sales tax for Duval County Public Schools.

The lab’s poll found that former Vice President Joe Biden has a 6-point lead among likely Florida voters surveyed. Additional issues researched included COVID-19, the Supreme Court, racial justice, and local politicians’ approval ratings.

Mike Binder heads up the PORL at UNF. He joined us to discuss the findings.
