Among the three ballot amendments we just heard about, the property tax measure – Amendment Three – is attracting the most spirited debate. That’s because, as we hear from WUSF’s Douglas Soule, it would not only take a big chunk out of homeowners’ tax bills. But it also takes a big chunk out of local governments’ budgets.
