The discussion to revitalize downtown Jacksonville is still going strong. Today we discussed the myths and the truths in the development of the heart of Jacksonville.
Home for Christmas
This holiday season, HabiJax is running a new peer-to-peer fundraising competition called The HabiJax Home for Christmas Challenge. The idea is to hold a competition that will raise enough money to build a house for a family by Christmas of next year. Those wishing to participate can sign up with a team.
Guest: Chris Folds, vice president of fund development & community engagement at Habijax.
Open enrollment is now live for health insurance policies under the Affordable Care Act. Advocates say now is the time to get covered.
Guest: Laura Packard, executive director of Health Care Voter.
