It’s Friday on the First Coast, and we've gathered the most significant news of the week to discuss with our local media experts. These stories include: Randy Defoor’s withdrawal from consideration as the city's general counsel, the partial collapse of a parking garage in Riverside, Jacksonville’s homicide rate and the Jaguars first regular season home game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
