Local School Board candidate Reginald Blount joins us to discuss his run for Duval County’s District 5 seat, which extends from Northwest Jacksonville to the Westside. As part of First Coast Connect’s ongoing local election coverage, we ask Blount about key issues, from proposed school closures to politics in district policy, and take listener calls and questions.
