The former Wine Cellar restaurant is being renovated on Jacksonville's Downtown Southbank.

The Loop, one of the Jacksonville area's longest-running restaurant operations, is expanding to World Golf Village and will consider options in the Sawgrass, Oakleaf and North Jacksonville areas.

The East San Marco shopping center on Hendricks Avenue is now fully leased.

Crabcake Factory Seafood Grille & Bar will return to its longtime location — 1396 Beach Blvd. at Penman Road.
