Mixed Fillings Pie Shop will welcome customers during a soft opening Saturday in Five Points.

The Avenues will add the Fundom anime store, Sugar Kids Spa and Cielo Azul Cocina Mexicana restaurant, among others.

Mixed Fillings will move from its original location in Riverside to a larger storefront in the heart of Five Points.

Total Wine will take over the space vacated by Loop Pizza Grill at St. Johns Town Center North.

Landlord Regency Centers Corp. is reconfiguring the shopping center along San Jose Boulevard, north of Interstate 295.

Michael Kors and Chico’s will be replaced by a larger Lululemon, which is moving from a smaller store nearby.

The off-price home goods retailer plans to shutter more than 250 stores, including one in Ponte Vedra Beach.

In all, the chain plans to close about 150 stores. No dates have been announced.

The Los Angeles-based indoor playground could fill part of the space that Office Depot will vacate.

Modani Furniture, based in Miami, sells sleek decor and provides design consulting.
