The nonprofit homelessness services provider is moving forward on plans for Enterprise Village and moving from Downtown.

Sulzbacher is piecing together federal and state financing for its estimated $46 million Enterprise Village, which will provide affordable housing and homelessness services in Northwest Jacksonville.
