America Saves Week
A 2018 report by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System found that four out of 10 American adults would either not be able to cover a $400 emergency expense, or they would cover it by selling something or borrowing money. Jax Federal Credit Union says it’s committed to improving that number here on the First Coast. So, this week, it’s participating in America Saves Week - a national campaign to encourage Americans to set a savings goal, make a plan, and save automatically to achieve long-term financial wellness. Angie Coleman, Jax Federal Credit Union’s Chief Marketing Office, joined us with all the details.
Therapy Animal Expo & Symposium
The Third Annual Therapy Animal Expo & Symposium, which will focus on the life-changing power of pets, is scheduled to take place at UNF this Saturday.
