COVID-19 Can Trigger Loss Of Smell, Taste; Dealing With Addiction In Quarantine

The Coronavirus is causing some of those infected to lose their sense of taste and smell.

Professor Steven Munger, Director of the University of Florida's Center for Smell and Taste, joined us on the show to explain more about the loss of senses accompanying the virus. Munger and his team at UF health are conducting a study further into these symptoms, which launches April 15, 2020. Patients that have already been tested for COVID-19 are eligible to apply here
