State Of Downtown

Downtown Vision, Inc. is out with its newest study of the growth of Downtown Jacksonville. Many key Downtown indicators have been tracked and analyzed over an 18-month period including: development and investment, residential demand, office market and employment base, transportation expansions and tourism health.

The report details January 2019 to June 2020. It is important to note the report's data was largely gathered prior to the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Jake Gordon, CEO of Downtown Vision Inc., joined us to discuss the findings.
