A new report finds Florida is sliding deeper into an affordable housing crisis.

The need for access to stable, affordable housing has become more apparent during the COVID-19 crisis, and will remain a critical issue once the pandemic finally ends.

Amanda Gill, the Government Affairs Director with the Florida Apartment Association, joined us for a closer look.

Vote Common Good

Anew survey of evangelical and Catholic voters in key five battleground states - including Florida - shows President Donald Trump’s perceived lack of kindness is driving faith voters away in large enough numbers to potentially affect the outcome of the election. The poll was commissioned by the evangelical group Vote Common Good. The group's executive director, Pastor Doug Pagitt, joined us with more.

Boys & Girls Club

Saturday, Sept. 19, Boys and Girls Clubs across America are celebrating a special day for kids. Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida President and CEO Paul Martinez joined us with a preview.

904 Pop Up

You can close out the season with the “904 Pop Up: Summer Living.” This is Jacksonville’s largest curated and socially distant pop up event, featuring more than 60 local creatives. It’s all happening in Jacksonville Beach, next Sunday, September 27. Mark Braddock of 8103 Clothing Inc. in Springfield gave us a preview.
