The pandemic has affected everyone, but it has hit some communities harder than others.
The Agape Family Health Center, in partnership with the city of Jacksonville, is providing COVID-19 testing intended to target communities of higher risk.
Testing will also include opportunities to share information on how individuals and families can lower their risk of infection, and improve overall health outcomes. Mia Jones, CEO of Agape Family Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), that provides medical home and primary care services to specific areas of town, joined us with more.
