The FEMA vaccination site at Jacksonville's Gateway Town Center is scheduled to close around the end of the month.
However, they are still diligently working to get as many shots in arms as possible before then. Kimber Kipp, FEMA’s External Affairs Site Liaison at the Gateway vaccination site, joined us with her thoughts.
Immigration Controversy
There has been a new influx of immigrants at the southern border. Jacksonville resident and retired State Department official John Caulfield joined us to share his expertise on the matter. Caulfield oversaw large scale immigration efforts from both Latin America and Asia into the U.S.

Riverside & Avondale Gardens
For the first time in many years, residents of Riverside and Avondale are opening up their gardens to showcase the ways they have tailored their front and backyard gardens. The tour will highlight small and large gardens and take place Saturday, May 8, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Warren Jones, RAP’s Executive Director; and Hazel Clery, Chairperson of the Garden Tour Committee, joined us with details.
