This week on the Roundup: Well known attorney John Morgan isn't ruling out a run for governor. A 10-year-old Florida boy takes on the federal government over climate change. And, the talk in Tallahassee is about sexual harassment.

Morgan Weighs In On the Race For Governor

Orlando attorney John Morgan, who also has offices in Jacksonville, said he's leaving the door open on a potential independent run for governor, although he has ruled out running as a Democrat or Republican.

Morgan, a well known medical marijuana activist, is leaving the Democratic Party and registering as an Independent. He said he has become disillusioned with both major political parties.

Sexual Harassment At The State Capital

The annual state law writing session begins in a month and the talk in Tallahassee is about sexual harassment.

Republican Senator  and gubernatorial hopeful Jack Latvala has been accused by six women of harassment.

One of those came forward publicly this week. Rachel Perrin Rogers is an aide to the senate majority leader and filed a formal complaint again Latvala early last month.

Kids Take On Climate Change In Court

A week from Monday in a San Francisco court, oral arguments will be heard in a lawsuit pitting 21 kids against the federal government. They are suing over climate change. One of those is a 10-year-old from Satellite Beach. His name is Levi Draheim.
Draheim and his mom, Leigh-Ann, who are both residents of Satellite Beach, joined us along with St. Augustine Mayor Nancy Shaver and WMFE reporter Amy Green to discuss the case and the impact of climate change in Florida.
