The Jacksonville Sharks football team will be playing for a national title this weekend.
WJCT Sports Analyst Cole Pepper says the National Arena League Sharks have been winning since week two and will be going up against the Carolina Cobras.
“The Sharks are favorites to win based on their 14 game winning streak they carry into the matchup. I've been saying this all along because it's been happening. All they lost was the opener [and they] haven't lost since.”
The matchup gives the Sharks a chance to win their second National Arena League Championship title in three years.
The game is this Saturday evening at 7 at Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville.
