First tenants on board for SilverLeaf Commons

Shops and the headquarters of developer Hutson Cos. are the first tenants at Silverleaf Commons in St. Johns County.

Foxtail Coffee, Anytime Fitness, Allstate, QT Nails and Tersak’s Martial Arts are the first tenants to sign at SilverLeaf Commons, under construction in northern St. Johns County.

The Hutson Companies is developing the $18 million project and will move its headquarters onto the top floor of one of the three buildings that comprise 55,950 square feet of space.

SilverLeaf Commons is in development on 8 acres at 218 Silver Forest Drive in the SilverLeaf development west of Interstate 95 in St. Augustine.
